When it comes to tribal print, sometimes you just have to say “go big or go home”… especially in the case of Donna Karan’s eye-catching Spring ‘12 collection. Each look made it’s own bold statement, although it was the first look that captured my eye. I love the hand painted element that highlights the best part about us ladies- our curves! To emulate, I used Taupe by Love & Beauty and white/black nail art lacquers.

I had the pleasure of hanging with my new friend and fashion blogger Olivia Lopez during my most recent trip to California. As most of you know, Olivia is a fashion veteran as her blog Lust for Life has taken the fashion industry by storm, showcasing the evolution of her eclectic and effortless style throughout the past few years.
The ambitious nineteen year old fashionista proves to be a true talent as she’s revealed another side of her creative persona. The young blogger/student/entrepreneur recently opened up her new online vintage shop The Caravan which I’m sure will soon reach the ranks of other coveted online stores including Nasty Gal and Spanish Moss Vintage. She was kind enough to send over the sunglasses shown above, and they are only a small part of the evergrowing shop Olivia has created.
The Caravan is a Style Line favorite and a must-see for all vintage mavens. I can only rant and rave so much about the wonderful array of merch… but it’s up to you to go see it for yourself.
